Terms of Service

Thank you for using Agent Sky! We built it to help you grow a genuine community on Bluesky. Because we can't know every customer personally, we need a few ground rules to keep the ship afloat.
When we say "Agent Sky", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to Agent Sky, the service operated at useagentsky.com. When we say "Services", we mean useagentsky.com and the Agent Sky application. When we say "you" or "your", we are referring to the people or organizations that own an Agent Sky account.
When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest version of these Terms. If we make a significant change, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and take appropriate steps to notify account holders. These Terms contain a limitation of our liability.
If you violate any of these Terms, we may terminate your account.
Account Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including the automated actions you configure Agent Sky to perform.
- The account holder must be a human. The whole point of Agent Sky is automation, but a real person must own and supervise the account.
Bluesky and Your Authorization
Agent Sky is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bluesky or the AT Protocol project.
- When you connect a Bluesky account, you authorize Agent Sky to act on your behalf — for example, following and unfollowing accounts according to the settings you choose. You can revoke that authorization at any time by disconnecting your account or revoking the credentials from Bluesky's settings.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Agent Sky complies with Bluesky's terms of service and community guidelines.
- Agent Sky paces its actions conservatively and respects Bluesky's published rate limits, but we cannot guarantee how Bluesky will treat automated activity on your account. You use automation at your own risk.
- Bluesky may change its APIs, limits, or policies at any time. Features of our Services that depend on them may change or stop working as a result.
Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes
- If you are using the free version of Agent Sky, it is really free: we do not ask for your credit card and we do not sell your data.
- If you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
- If you upgrade from the free plan to a paid plan, we will charge your card immediately and your billing cycle starts on the day of upgrade.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Where required, we will collect and remit those taxes; otherwise you are responsible for them.
- If you are unhappy with a charge, contact us within 30 days and we will work out something fair.
Cancellation and Termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. If you cancel before the end of a paid period, you keep access until that period ends and will not be charged again.
- If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. We cannot recover it once deleted.
- We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services for any reason at any time — for example, accounts used for spam, harassment, or other abusive automation.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice.
- If we change pricing for existing customers, we will give at least 30 days notice via the email address on your account.
Uptime, Security, and Privacy
- Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not offer a service-level agreement, but we take uptime seriously.
- We take measures to protect and secure your data through backups and encryption in transit. When you use our Services, you entrust us with your data, and we only process it as described in our Privacy Policy. We as humans may access your data only:
- to help you with a support request you make;
- to fix an error that stops an automated process, looking at the minimum data needed;
- to safeguard Agent Sky, such as investigating abuse; or
- to the extent required by applicable law.
Features and Bugs
We design our Services with care, but no service pleases everybody, and like any software, ours inevitably has some bugs. We make no guarantees that the Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations, or that they will be error-free. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — including follower growth — from using the Services.
Liability
We mention liability throughout these Terms, but to put it all in one section:
You expressly understand and agree that Agent Sky shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) any action taken on your Bluesky account by the automation you configure, including any suspension, restriction, or moderation action taken by Bluesky; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.
In other words: choosing to use our Services means you are making a bet on us. We do our best to be a safe bet.
